Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, address, mobile number, email or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.
During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and complete information including your full name as per your MyKad, an active mobile number and a valid email address. This personal information will be used for identity verification, transaction processing and service communications.
- Your account password must be kept confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.
- ibet8 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
An account verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Users should be prepared to submit a copy of their MyKad or a valid identification document when requested.
The ibet8 platform accepts a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.
Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods. Minimum withdrawal: RM50. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. ibet8 reserves the right to reject or delay any transaction that raises suspicion or does not comply with account review guidelines.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances that require additional consideration. ibet8 does not charge any processing fees on deposit or withdrawal transactions, although the payment service provider may impose their own charges.
- Any withdrawal request where identity cannot be verified within the specified period will be held until verification is complete.
- All amounts displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the wagering requirements.
ibet8 offers a range of promotions to members including a welcome bonus, tiered VIP weekly cashback and other periodic promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions.
Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — in that example, RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 must be turned over before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For deposits of RM800 and above, a maximum bonus of RM300 is given, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.
Meeting the wagering requirements is the member's responsibility. Failure to meet the conditions within the specified period may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.
The ibet8 VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — starting from up to 0.2% at Bronze level up to 0.8% at Diamond level. Tier advancement depends on your overall playing activity. ibet8 reserves the right to modify cashback values or VIP programme conditions at any time with appropriate notice.

Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) that is certified and independently audited to ensure fairness. ibet8 does not directly intervene in the process of determining game outcomes. Results that have been recorded by the system are final and cannot be altered.
- Any bets placed using funds obtained unlawfully will be voided.
- Winnings resulting from a technical error or system malfunction are null and void.

You have the right to close your ibet8 account at any time by contacting our support service. However, before closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be returned via the appropriate payment method.
ibet8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any term in this document.

- Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of an account caused by user negligence.

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses linked to use of the platform.
ibet8's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days prior to that claim arising.
